Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes

We want you to love your Neisha piece. If you change your mind, we accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

Returned within 14 days
Unworn, undamaged and unwashed
Free from perfume, makeup, or marks
In original packaging with tags attached

Email neisha@neishaclothing.com for approval before sending anything back. Once approved, return the item using tracked shipping (customer’s responsibility).

Shipping costs are non-refundable and your original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds, Faults & Store Credit

We refund, replace or repair items with genuine manufacturing faults (not wear and tear).
Store credits are available for full-priced items and can be used for any future purchase.
Processing refunds may take 4 business days after we receive your item, plus bank processing time (up to 2 weeks).
Excessive or suspicious return patterns may result in refusal of future refunds or orders.

Sale Items

Sale items, flash sales, and orders with discount codes are final sale and not refundable.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. Once received, they follow our standard return policy.

Accessories & Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, accessories and jewellery are final sale unless faulty.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can sort it out.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via Australia Post and Couriers Please. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Missing Orders

Please allow:

Up to 7 business days for domestic delivery
Up to 1 month for international delivery

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 14 days from the postage date, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Neisha is not responsible for lost parcels or incorrect shipping information.
