These reversible, cropped bombers are made from fabrics we have sourced from our travels around the world. No two are exactly the same so you won't be wearing the same jacket as your bestie!

Here you can build your own!

The top side of this jacket is a lurex emerald green and black jacquard from Indonesia.

To create your own please follow these steps:

1. Choose from the following fabrics by clicking on the pictures

Light  - Medium weight fabric:

  • sparkly poly suiting
  • grey flecked black suiting
  • black wool with silver flecks
  • crimson cotton corduroy
  • moss cotton corduroy

Medium - Heavy weight fabric:

  • Crimson wool

      2. Then select your ribbing

      • plain black
      • gold stripe trim

      The gold stripe trim has one side with the gold stripe and the other side plain black. The gold trim will be placed on the brocade side unless you tell us you want it on the lining side.

      3. Next select your size 

      We suggest our jackets can be worn true to size for a tailored fit; or go a size larger if you'd like to wear jumpers underneath or desire a looser fit. If you don't see a suitable size here please contact us to discuss at neisha@neishaclothing.com

      4. Place your order!

      Neisha Shipping, Returns, Delivery and Privacy Policy

      Neisha reserves the right to modify and change their policies, at any time. Any changes will be published on our website.

       

      RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CREDIT NOTES

      We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Neisha purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we'll gladly accept an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, on any full-priced item.

      Please note, shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return. Therefore we will be deducting the cost of shipping from the initial purchase from the amount refunded

      Before you return a product, please make sure that:

      • The product was delivered no more than 14 days ago.

      • The product is in its original packaging.

      • The product isn't used or damaged.

      • The product is free from perfume smells or makeup marks.

      Please contact us before you send the product with the reason for return so that we can provide you with the right instructions (this makes sure that we aren't delayed in helping you) by emailing neisha@neishaclothing.com.

      Once we have approved your return in writing, we ask that you return the product with its original packing to Neisha. Using a tracking option for your parcel is strongly recommended.

      We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your Neisha garment to prolong the life of it.

      Credit note: We happily offer store credits for the amount paid, which can be used to re-purchase an alternative size or style.

      Please note we do not refund sale items, this includes flash sales or where discount codes have been applied.

      Any shipping charges that are associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer.

      Once we have received the returned item to be refunded, please allow another four business days for your request to be processed. Please note that your banking institution may take up to two weeks to clear any refund payments.

      Please note, should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns on the purchase and use of garments, we may restrict or refuse refunds or future orders. 

      Pre-Orders

      Pre-orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. 

      A pre-order item is made-to-order and so manufacturing only commences after a customer has placed their order. If you wish to return your finished pre-order item after receiving it, however, our normal refund policy applies.

      Accessories and Jewellery

      Accessories and jewellery cannot be returned for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final of accessories and jewellery unless faulty.

      Sale Items

      Please note we do not refund sale items, this includes flash sales or where discount codes have been applied.

      Any shipping charges that are associated with a return are the responsibility of the customer. Our shipping costs will also be deducted from the amount refunded

      Once we have received the returned item to be refunded, please allow another four business days for your request to be processed. Please be aware that your banking institution may take up to two weeks to process the refund payment.

      We will respond to your email within 3 days.

      Before you return a product, please make sure that:

      • You contact us first at neisha@neishaclothing.com so that we can help you and provide the returns address.

      • Once we have approved the return, that the product is in its original packaging

      • The product isn't used or damaged.

      • The product is free from perfume smells or makeup marks.

      • The swing tag has not been cut or removed from the garment.

      We will ask you to send the product with its original packing to the closest return facility to you. Using a tracking option for your parcel is strongly recommended. 

      Shipping Charges

      The shipping on your first initial order will be deducted from the amount refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using tracked shipping methods as Neisha is not responsible for lost items.

      Address for Returns

      If you wish to return your item and it meets the refund criteria, please email us at neisha@neishaclothing for approval and further instructions.

      Please note: If your item is received and deemed not to meet refund requirements, you will be responsible for shipping fees to have the item returned. If payment is not received for return shipping the item will be destroyed after 14 days.

      Damaged Items

      If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. 

      Sale Items

      Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise mentioned.

      A Return Package must:

      - Be mailed to Neisha Clothing, 207A High St, Northcote, Victoria, Australia, 3070 (we recommend Express Post satchels as they can be tracked, as Neisha is not liable for any items lost in transit.)

      -International exchange or returns must be labelled with RETURN OF GOODS on the outside of the package.

      Shipping and Delivery

      We use Australia Post and Couriers please. An email will be sent to you  with a tracking number when your purchase has been shipped to you.

       

       I did not receive my order

      We require customers to wait for 14 days from the official postage date of your order to allow for postage delays out of our control.

      Postage within Australia can take 7 business days and International up to a month Neisha will contact the postal service on your behalf to find out more information as to the whereabouts of your order based on the tracking number.

      Neisha takes all care with postage of orders. Neisha is not responsible for the loss of an item in shipping or incorrect delivery information. We recommend you to track your item using the tracking number sent via email order confirmation.

      Orders can be tracked by following the details outlined of the email sent at the time of shipping.

      We ensure you the total privacy of your personal information. All our customers’ information is secure in our e-commerce platform stored behind a firewall.
